 All Nabertherm kilns ship completely assembled in one piece. While other manufacturers sell sectional designs, Nabertherm does not because it negatively affects the performance and safety of kilns. Nabertherm AC590 Kiln Controller

Our controller AC590 was developed and is produced within the Nabertherm Group. When developing controllers, our focus is on ease of use. The potter/ceramist can choose between 24 languages, the controller is custom-fit for each kiln model or the associated application. The AC590 is equipped with an integrated USB-interface for documentation of firing data (NTLog/NTGraph) and can also be used for cone firing in addition to free program input.

• Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
• NTLog Basic for Nabertherm controller: recording of process data with USB-flash drive
• Freeware NTGraph for evaluation and documentation of firings using Excel^TM for Windows^TM on the PC

• Heating elements on support tubes ensure free heat radiation
• Heating from five sides and a special arrangement of the heating elements ensure excellent temperature uniformity

• Semi-motorized air inlet flap that closes automatically after the drying phase in the heating program for chamber kilns up to 300 liters
