How do I create an account?
- Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
- Enter your email address.
- Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

🕰️ OFFICE HOURS
We’re here for you Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. That’s when the magic (picking, packing, and phone answering) happens!
🛍️ SHOWROOM HOURS
The showroom is currently on a walk-in break. No surprise visits for now—but keep an eye out for our occasional open days (we roll out the red clay carpet)!
🚗 WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Planning a pickup? We ask that you place your curbside order at least 48 hours ahead of when you’d like to swing by. Gives us time to pack it up with love.
📦 I JUST PLACED MY ORDER—WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Exciting! Our usual turnaround time is 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once it ships, it’s all systems go.
🚙 WILL MY CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDER BE READY TODAY?
Not quite. We need 48 hours to get your goodies prepped. Curbside pickup is open Tuesday to Friday, 10 am – 4 pm.
⏳ CAN I PICK IT UP SOONER?
Generally, no. BUT—we’re human. Call us and we’ll see what we can do to work some schedule magic.
🚚 DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Orders over $50 of qualifying items ship free. (Cue happy dance.) Have questions? Give us a ring: 1-888-774-2529.
📬 HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
USPS, FedEx, or Freight—whatever gets your pottery dreams delivered fastest and safest.
💸 IS THERE A FREIGHT OR FUEL FEE?
Sometimes. Certain items or destinations (looking at you, heavy clay and faraway states) may have surcharges. Call us to check!

🛒 CAN I SHOP IN PERSON FOR TOOLS AND CLAY?
Kind of! We’re closed for walk-ins, but if you want to plan a shopping date, call us!

🕓 HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Generally, 4–6 business days from our warehouse to your door. Transit times vary by location (1–8 days depending on where you are). Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
