Refund policy

UPS, FEDEX and US POSTAL:

General Returns:

  • To return an item, it must be in unused condition in the original packaging.
  • If merchandise is returned for any reason other than defect or error on our end, a 15% restocking fee PLUS shipping will be charged
  • Free Shipping items that are returned will be charged for shipping in both directions.
  • Some direct shipped goods may be subject to the manufacturers restocking fee which may be greater than our 15%.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days after receipt of purchase.

Returns due to Shortage and Damage:

Shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Exposed or damaged goods must be noted, and photographed. Please photograph all 6 sides of the box and the interior. Save all packing until a resolution has been reached. Email your photos, sales order number, and the best way to contact you to sales2@sheffield-pottery(dot)com . No credit will be given on merchandise returned without our authorization and invoice number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days after receipt of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: All canceled orders will incur a 6% processing fee deducted from the refund. Orders of out-of-stock items may be canceled with no further fees before the order ships. After shipping, customers will be responsible for the processing fee, shipping costs, and possibly restocking fee. Custom equipment orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed. We cannot accept returns on any used equipment or kiln parts and electrical items
