If you have chosen a purchase order account (meaning you will be billed at a later time for your order), a PDF file copy of your PO must be emailed to schools@sheffield-pottery.com (DO NOT FAX) We must receive a physical copy.

If you need a quote/estimate before you order, please use our website and create your list using our SKU codes with a brief discription of each item and email the list to schools@sheffield-pottery.com. Please be sure to include the shipping address! We keep a live inventory of most items so you will know right away if an item is out of stock or unavailable if it cannot be found on our website. Quote lead time is usually 2-3 business days and a little longer during the busy school seasons.

If your purchase order is ready, please email it to our Education Department at  schools@sheffield-pottery.com to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation that it has been received with an estimate of when they will get back to you with your sales order receipt, usually within 2-3 business days.

If your organization uses Credit Cards for payments, please use our website to create an account and place your order. If you have not sentus your tax-exempt certiificate yet, check your email for your sales order receipt and reply to it with a PDF file of your certificate and we will remove the sales tax before the order is processed. Payments are not processed until the order is ready to be shipped so do not worry if you still see the sales tax added. Please add your School, Camp, College, University or Non-Profit Organization’s name in the shipping address “company” section so we know you are tax-exempt.
