The Cone Art BX2822D double wall round ceramics kiln with Bartlett 12-key controller easily fires to cone 10, even with heavy loads. With a 28" interior diameter, this kiln is suited for 26" diameter shelves and, like the BX2322D, is easier to reach the bottom of than standard-depth kilns. Three thermocouples and double wall construction deliver energy efficiency, while the standard floor element helps ensure even firings every time. Like the deeper models, this kiln easily disassembles into three sections for easy delivery. The patented lid lifter combined with the 22.5" depth make this an ideal production kiln — big enough to hold a large load while easy on your back.
