The FireBox 14 comes standard with the most versatile 3 button controller on the market. The GlassMaster LT now has nearly all the features of the standard GlassMaster in a compact 3-button controller.
GlassFire Mode Preset programs for fusing, slumping, and tac fusing help beginners start firing the kiln right away

The perfect kiln for fusing glass tiles. The square chamber holds 1 full square foot of 4" x 4" tile. The Skutt FireBox 14 is top fired so it will heat each tile uniformly. The 3 button controller has programming features for the beginner and the advanced artist. It operates on standard household voltage. Its compact size makes it perfect for the fuser on the move. The wood handle stays cool making it easy to sneak a peak when the studio glass fusing kiln gets to temperature. Remember to order the FireBox 14 shelf (13” x 14”).

The Firebox 14 now features the Mini Touchscreen Controller, combining advanced functionality with intuitive operation:
- GlassFire Mode: Simply select your technique and firing speed, and the controller creates a program for you.
- Custom Programs: Create and save up to 30 firing schedules with 8 Ramp and Hold segments each, tailored to your needs.
- Real-Time Adjustments: Modify temperatures or hold times mid-firing with Add Time or Add Temp, or select Anneal Now to start an annealing cycle immediately.
The Mini Touchscreen Controller offers a seamless firing experience, making the Firebox 14 perfect for both beginners and seasoned artists.
Plugs Into Household Voltage
Nothing against electricians, but who really enjoys paying to have their house rewired. With the FireBox 14 you take it out of the box, plug it into any spare 120V outlet you have in the house and you are ready to start fusing. Okay, it does need to be a grounded outlet.
Stay Cool Handle
Glass fusers are always lifting their lids when their kilns are hot to take a peek. The wood handle on the FireBox 14 stays cool even when the kiln is at peak temperature.
Great for Tile
This kiln will hold up to 1 square foot of tile or a 12 inch square plate. It’s 6 inch depth even allows you to use up to 4″ deep slump molds. This thing has got it all!
