Lehman Slip casting equipment : SP4 Slip Casting Pump with Hose and Nozzle
The Model SP4 Pump mounts directly in the slip tank with the included stainless mounting plates. Agitation ports in the pump housing create mixing action (not a mixer though) in the slip; plus, this helps relieve pump pressure.
Choose from standard Short 20" or the Long 29" working depth.
Driven by a direct drive 1/2 hp motor with an inline on/off switch.
Pumping capacity varies from four (4) to seven (7) gpm depending on model and slip viscosity. Recommended for use for small volume casting applications.
The normal life expectancy is about 1600 hours before rebuilding is required. This pump is standard in the Model PP30/ PP30T.
