Dry Clayscapes Glazes For Cone 6 : CP8 SPRUCE BLUE
5 Pound Increments for Dipping
Clayscapes Glazes For Cone 6 : CP8 SPRUCE BLUE Spruce Blue is a unique, opaque blue glaze. Where it is thick it is a deep, dark, glossy blue and where it is thin it is a light, airy, matte blue. On one piece you will have a combination of glossy dark blue and matte light blue. This glaze shows texture very well. Spruce Blue is a light blue glaze that works differently at cone 5 than at cone 6. At cone 5 Spruce Blue will be matte and very stable. At cone 6 Spruce Blue will gloss over. It looks great with Coastal Blue, Redwood, Wheat, and many
other glazes. Try layering these glazes for unlimited combinations and effects but check tips to avoid too much glaze on the runnier ones.
