In order to provide you with a kiln that works at your
facility we must know the voltage and phase at your location. Please take the time to understand what these
specifications are and find out from qualified personnel what the correct
service is. Remember, if you order the
wrong voltage and/or phase the kiln will not work and Sheffield Pottery, Inc.
can not be held responsible. The average
cost to correct a kiln that was ordered wrong is $500. A 220 VOLT SPECIFICATION IS NOT
SUFFICIENT.
