All the things you love about PC-17 Honey Flux – its soft flowing look, how it interacts with other glazes, and how it accentuates texture on light and dark clays – now in six more colors. Food safe, lovely, fluid, and can be used alone or in conjunction with other Amaco glazes for endless creative options. Each Potters Choice Flux glaze has it’s own character and beauty.

Cone 5 = 1184°C (at 150°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2201°F ( at 270°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing)

Cone 6 = 1241°C (at 150°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2266°F ( at 270°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing)

These new Amaco PCF Flux glazes are based on the widely popular PC-17 Honey Flux glaze
• Available in 16oz liquid for brushing • Can be used alone or layered to soften the colors of other glazes and increase flow.
Great for layering with other Potter’s Choice glazes, AMACO Celadons, or AMACO Shino glazes
Beautiful on textured surfaces where the glazes can break and show the clay body color. •
Moss Mist and River Birch can run. Apply fewer or thinner coats near the base of the ware when glazing. •
Stir or shake River Birch well before glazing
