Our Natural clay is widely used as a surface in horse stalls. Our horse stall clay is the perfect material for a natural, durable surface which enhances the comfort and health of your horse. Indoor riding arenas constructed from our clay offer a durable yet cushioned base. We also offer a special material for the riding surface called “Sheffield Blend”. This topping is a mixture of clay, sand and sawdust that provides a natural surface.
There are bulk discounts at 500 and 1000 yards.

The Sheffield Clay deposit is located in Sheffield, Massachusetts, on U.S. Route 7 in the
Southwest corner of Berkshire County. It is situated in the Housatonic River Valley, 60
miles southeast of Albany, New York and 60 miles northwest of Hartford, Connecticut. The
deposit is approximately 300 feet deep and is located on a 16 acre site. The raw
clay is a pure clay, with no stones, sticks or other contaminants.
Regional trucking is available.
You can arrange to pick up the clay and self-load with shovels. Please call first.
We can load your truck but there is a two yard minimum for us to load you.
